I am extremely concerned about this new legislation. Having spent considerablke funds in 2005 rebuilding our swimming pools at CCF , i now find that i will have to spend in excess of $25,000 to bring my pools into compliance . I have a zero entry pool that i believe will be in compliance. I have also have an 8 lane lap pool that has steps , and we purchased an ADA Crank lift that we can quickly install if requested, this equipment has never been used since it was purchased. The most draconian regulation is that i have a baby pool that is approx 8ft in diameter and i now have to turn this into a Zero entry pool, The cost i have been quoted to do this is in the $20,000 range. I am unable to afford these new regulations at this time and should like to know if all pools can be given a number of years to implement these draconian regulations. Thank you
