RE: Docket # DOT-OST-2008-0184 I commend you for addressing the state notification issue especially as we are a nationwide trucking company with locations and drivers in each state and, therefore, are compelled to comply with all laws....Federal and State. I would second the additional wording comment that Tommy Eden has submitted regarding 'state laws and state regulations' so we can be in compliance without further questions to resolve this issue. Also, I would support his wording allowing and authorizing service agents to comply with those state notification laws. Barbara L.
