I want to voice my objection to the EPA's approach to eliminate the occasional car restoration paint job. I may paint one car in 10 years, maybe one car in 15 years, probably only one more car period, but I want to be able to do my own paint work and repair any damage to my collector car Surely this is fewer emissions than Al Gore's jet aircraft, etc. There has to be a way for the limited number of hobby people to be able to purchase & use paint. The occasional hobbiest who cannot afford to buy a paint booth to do single project should not be excluded from the opportunity to achieve a car restoration.
