Arkema Inc. requests a 30 day extension to the comment period for this regulation. The proposal includes far-reaching issues that could substantively change Arkema's compliance obligations. Arkema requests adequate time to evaluate the proposal, especially as the holidays approach and resources will not be available to support the comment review process until after the comment due date.
