As a member of the scientific community, I am aware of the hazards of Hydrogen Sulfide exposure, and am capable to take the appropriate precautions to reduce my risk. My main concern/comment revolves around a question: why did it take more than 15 years for the Stay to be lifted? Also, what were the restrictions surrounding such a lengthy process: time, money, man-power? I thank you for your consideration.
