To Whom It May Concern:
As not only a resident of Indiana, but a resident of the world, I believe that it is everyone’s fundamental responsibility to ensure that we are doing everything we can possibly do to preserve the environment. It is everyone’s basic fundamental rights to breathe in clean air, drink clean and fresh water, and experience nature in an unpolluted environment. These reasons are why I am glad to see, and fully support, Indiana’s actions to amend their state plan to control air pollutants from HMIWIs. Ambiguities left in regulations like these allow for loopholes to be exposed and only hurts the environment as well as all those who live on the Earth. These regulations and plans are designed to help reduce the human race’s carbon footprint in an attempt to ensure not only the future of our race, but also the future of our planet. This generation should do more in an attempt to ensure that not only they live in a clean environment but that their children’s children live in a clean and unpolluted environment as well. The passage of this revision shows Indiana’s unyielding commitment to ensuring that bright future for generations to come. All other states, as well as countries of the world, should emulate Indiana’s actions to eliminate these ambiguities, protect the environment, and reduce the human race’s carbon footprint.
Sincerely,
Nathan Mitchaner
