I am for this proposed Revision to the California State Implementation Plan. This revision will enable the State of California to improve its Air Quality Management in this Metropolitan area of the state. It is imperative that we give the state of California the resources needed (rule making) to keep improving Air Quality throughout the state. In other parts of the state such as Ventura County the California Air Resources Board has requested that the EPA revise the Ventura County portion of its California State Implementation Plan for ozone (smog) because the state was unable to achieve by 2005 all of the pesticide volatile organic compound reductions it had committed to. The California Air Resources Board believes it will be able to achieve the full commitment by 2012. By giving the state of California the rulemaking needed for its entire County’s to comply and move forward in improving our Air Quality control across the state our communities will benefit immensely from this revision.
Very Respectfully,
Jose
