The EPA should consider alternative disposal sites to the Yaquina Bay, OR area. Additionally, the EPA should actively facilitate discussions between the agency, job site contractors, and local businesses and residents in the area, to discuss the potential environmental impact, negative or positive impact on tourism, local state parks, boat/yacht access to the bay, and the fishing industry.
