Boeing request the proposed changes to Note 1 be incorportated to clarify that revision to MDC-92K9145 content is not required to reflect those operator initiated modifications, alterations, or repairs. Instead, such operator initiated modification, alterations , or repairs are to be considered as Deviations from the AWL content of MDC-92K9145 and should be approved via the Alternative Method of Compliance (AMOC) process of the proposed Rule's paragraph (j).
