These comments are being submitted on the behalf of Comair, Inc. Since the issuance of this NPRM, Bombardier has release Service Bulletin 670BA- 28-011 Revision C dated Jun 05/2008. This comment is to include this revised service bulletin as the accomplishment instructions for Paragraph (f)(1).
