Regarding the recent NPRM, the proposed AD and the Lockheed Service Bulletin
appears to be only concerned with certain Lockheed Model 382, B, E, F and G
commercial C-130 type aircraft, however there are other U. S. registered C-130
aircraft with type certificates that may have been inadvertantly overlooked.
Specifically:

Is it the FAA's intention to exclude these aircraft from the NPRM?
