How can you limit this to just lear 60's. All aircraft would have the same issues if
the pilot tries to take off with tires that are under serviced. This is an issue of pilot
training. The pilots are the last line of defence against these issues. They are the
last ones to look at the tires and determine that they are safe for take off. Train
the pilots to monitor the tire pressures with calibrated tire gauges. If they are
required to follow the preflight and determine that the tires are in airworthy
condition and are serviced properly, train them to comply.
