This NPRM was clearly written with little regard for the actual fatigue issues we as crewmembers face on a daily basis. 10 hr block times per day are ridiculous as are the minimum rest periods required on the overnight. If you really were concerned you would address domstic/international reserve rest rules and offer real fatigue solutions, you would restrict red eyes more, you would keep rollling minimums, etc. You have capitulated to the airline industry once again and refused to protect us out on the sharp end of the spear. The blood of the next fatigue induced accident is on your hands (Did you even listen to the victims families from the Buffalo crash or read your findings from the Delta landing incident in ATL?)
