JAL agree with the intent of the proposed AD. However, JAL would like to request FAA to make a change for revision status of SB 78-2183, that is called out in the proposed AD, from "original" to "revision 1" because IN01 (Information Notice No.01) for SB 78-2183 has already been issued to correct procedure of the operational test in the original SB and JAL believe revision 1 will be issued soon.
