Airworthiness Directives: Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica S.A. (EMBRAER) Model EMB-135ER, -135KE, -135KL, and -135LR Airplanes, etc.

Paragraph (g) of the proposed rule calls out tasks from the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) to accomplish the inspections required. The revision and date of the (AMM) is also specified. If either of the AMM sections are updated, the operators are still required to accomplish the then obsolete task. American Eagle Airlines requests the revision level and date be removed from all AMM references, or specify future revisions may be used to allow for the most current task to be accomplished.
