Docket No. FAA-2012-0863; Directorate Identifier 2012-NM-108-AD. United Airlines has no objections to the proposed actions, and provides the following: The compliance time of 72 months from effective date of the AD is acceptable. Paragraph (h) of the proposed rule specifies requirements for concurrent installation for airplanes identified in Boeing Special Attention Service Bulletin 737–33–1149, dated April 13, 2012. The requirements are reasonable as they are identical to those specified in the Concurrent Requirements section (section 1.B) of Boeing Special Attention Service Bulletin 737–33–1149, dated April 13, 2012. Note: These concurrent requirements are not applicable to United Airlines. Paragraph (i) provides clarification of airplane applicability for Boeing Special Attention Service Bulletin 737–33–1146, dated November 2, 2011. This information is acceptable as it is in agreement with Boeing Service Bulletin Information Notice 737-33-1146 IN 01, dated November 11, 2011.
