VSB 47145-27-16 is now at revision 02 (attached copy).
THSA first flight definition as per new VSB is:
NOTE: For information, the Entry Into Service (EIS) date is the date of the first flight of the aircraft on which the THSA was originally fitted in production. All EIS dates are given in the table starting page 18/117
NOTE: If the Entry Into Servive (EIS) date is not listed because the THSA was initialy delivered as a spare, use the manufacturing date engraved on the identification plate (refer to IPL 27-44-51 Item 20 Figure 1 or see picture 1)
(g) Explanation of THSA First Flight
AIRBUS request FAA to update NPRM par g wording in accordance with the definition of the THSA first flight defined in VSB Rev 02.
AIRBUS request FAA that the VSB Rev 02 is mentioned in paragraph h, i, of the AD.
Credit to be given for previous revisions of the VSB.
