FAC 2005-47, FAR Case 2008-032 Preventing Abuse of Interagency Contracts. Question: FAR 17.502 now requires the agency to execute a Determination when we place orders off of a Non-DOD contract. Looking at the requirements of this new Determination, could a class/commodity Determination be used for those products/services that might be ordered repeatedly from the Federal Supply Schedule. Otherwise we will have to execute a Determination for each procurement. Is there language in the regulations that already addresses this, if so please direct me to that site? If not, would the council please consider this when making a ruling and any feedback would be apprecated. Please contact me if you need additional information.
