I think this will just make it harder for those that have a ligit reason to obtain the product. We are regulating the people that are law abiding consumers right out of access to their needs. We have a population that is getting older by the day. This means it is harder for them to get to the doctor, the pharmacy, grocery store ....you get the idea. This means extra trips to the doctor's office for caregiver's....they will do it.. This in turn means more stress for the caregiver's family....and if they have children.....more stress on them.... Druggies will get it one way or another. Education and treatment for them is the way. Mandate welfare drug testing....don't take away their benefits right away...offer treatment...mandate treatment....more children are in bad situations like this....so lets do it that way on not make honest citizens go through such hoops. WE also have those that are disabled...need I go on?
