I am a supervisor for Jackson County,MS. The CDL is a heavy weight to overcome. The money was critical at the time loaned. The loan due to the down turn in the economy could cause Jackson County to increase taxes to cover the cost of loan payments. The area has already face drastic increases in hurricane insurance, property taxes, and cost of living due to Hurricane Katrina. This loan also effects the counties ability to meet other critical needs such as building a new jail required to replace our old overcrowded jail, and many other necessary projects. We have got to have relief from this burden. John McKay Supervisor District 5 Jackson, County, MS 39564 228-769-3378 office 226-217-1380 cell
