I would feel more comfortable if they continued with the current process. We are an Asian manufacture that makes unique products and therefore need USDA guidance. If we have to pay for the service, that's fine. Having the stamp of approval will let us know we are doing the right process. Thanks for understanding...We are not a large company and we do not have a legal department for labeling.
