This lack of lableing power shows that this agency is not needed. If no one needs to look at the labels then why do we pay these people to regulate. I recommend that this rule be put in place and a group should be formed to evaluate the need for this agency. I am constantly appalled at the government waste that fills our nation. This is another prime example of the waste and rot that wlaks the nations halls of government. END FSIS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
