Please do not withdraw protections for Hawaii's only native hawk, the io. If the io is removed from the endangered species list. If the io is removed from the endangered species list, it will be difficult to return it to the list under current administrative directives. Taking the hawk off of the endangered species list seems like a risky proposition.
