Comment on FR Doc # 2011-24046

This submission process has a short time out session and has erased all my other comments I was typing. I request the idle time be changed to 1 hour and that it will never erase what one has written in the box. I request a public hearing to be held. I request it well advertised. I request all addresses that are near or on the land, being discussed, to receive notice by mail and an explanation of the public hearing. In the mailings please include an easy to read and percise map of locations. I request that 2 meetings be held 1 week apart on different days of the week, one in the morning and one in the evening and at different locations to accommodate the public work scheduled.
