i am aganist declaring the red river in Van buren county critial habitat for the yellow cheek darter this would harm my family from working at the national chuckwagon races. you state that it will not stop the races. you might not want the horses to cross the river to get to the races.. we sell cokes at races and this makes my family money to send me to collage. do not declare SOUTH FORK OF THE LITTLE RED RIVER critial habatit for this darter
