Comment on FR Doc # E8-00028

Regarding: FWS-R8-ES-2007-0023-0001 I do not support any additional land restrictions or closures for OHV use due to any threatened or endangered species. I am active in online forums and clubs in spreading the word of the governments (hijacked by eco-nazi agendad individuals) intentions to lockup more and more public land under the guise of "Proposed Wilderness Study Areas", "Wilderness Study Areas", or newly created endangered or threatened listings for wildlife on public lands. When is enough land "protected"? Obviously only when it is ALL locked up FROM the OHV users. Of course, our licensing fees will still be used to enforce laws/rules AGAINST us, though it it supposed to be used to promote/repair/maintain OHV areas. When I ride my ATV to remote areas, 80 miles form the nearest one-horse town, and find that I'm staring at a "Proposed Wilderness Area" sign alongside a 120 year old stage road to an old ghost town that once had 3000 residents, and many old mine sites and mills, I realize just how out of control my government has become, and the corruption they have resorted to in order to re-define whatever they have to in order to lock up more and more land FROM the people. Well, the backlash is bulding, and we will fight you harder and harder. We will use whatever legal means we can, including your own rules to work against you. If it were up to me, I would find the creators of these bogus endangered and threatened lists civilly liable as individuals, and their managers/supervisors too, for violating the rights of the people.
