The USA is in such poor shape to be considering the close to 800 million dollar cost of this cause. We have people starving in this country and we are considering an 800 milion dollar expense. This is what the working class is try to convey to the Government, quit spending money we don't have on issues we don't want. If a group wants to save every species out there, have them pay the cost of it.
