I'm writing out of a concern about these beautiful mammals. It was a miracle that they weren't wiped out 100 years ago, and now, unfortunately, they have been given only a narrow geographical area in which to work on recovering from near extinction. Please end the "no otter zone" so that these otters can work to protect their future survival. There is no time like the present to correct wrongs of the past. Thank you!
