Interagency Cooperation Under the Endangered Species Act

I object to the proposal to give federal agencies the option of ignoring the Endangered Species Act's requirement to consult with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on projects that might impact threatened and/or endangered species. It is clearly a violation of the ESA and politically motivated by right wing anti- conservationists. I also question why the comment period has been so brief.
