I strongly advise against this. Animal rights activists who are against any and all forms of animal ownership, and criminals who would want to steal valuable species would have access to the information contained in a registration application of this nature. This information would make responsible breeders and ultimately pet owners the target of harrassment and possible criminal activity. Please do your homework and don't listen only to the lobbyists from some of the "humane organizations".
