Deductions for Entertainment Use of Business Aircraft

I am pleased to take this opportunity to comment on the proposed rule regarding the deduction of private aircraft used for entertainment. My comment is simply this: I would like to see the inclusion of a safe harbor deduction up to the amount of compensation claimed for the specified employee. Such a safe harbor would simplify this deduction for many small businesses claiming this deduction.
