Auto & Truck Recyclers Association - Comment

On behalf of the Auto & Truck Recyclers Assn. of New Hampshire, I want to endorse the adoption of this rule. Weather considerations in NH and the Northeast justify this 90 day extension and will be a huge relief to our members. Many are surprised by the large number of vehicles that came their way via the C4C Program and are overwhelmed. Many have more vehicles to process in a six month time frame than they would normally process in a full year. This rule change will help our members to continue to do the thorough job of dismantling and recycling that is their hallmark.
