This is typical government "run a muck". Wasting of private money to comply with nanny state regulations. The government is out of control with this crap. My company spent $50,000 to design a product to comply with this, and for what, a wasted failure? I am sick an tired of government forcing citizens and companies to spend our own money to comply with unproven theories. This is no different than regulating emmissions to further the scam theory of man made global warming. You government bureacrats are destroying the engines of prosperity in this country, all the while many countries around the world are kicking butts because they don't have these crazy government mandates.
