ALLOWING 100% CATCH IS UNSUSTAINABLE. THE QUOTA NEEDS TO BE REDUCED BY 50%. YOU ARE ROBBING THE FISH THAT BELONG TO EVERY CITIZEN OF THE USA. THE FISH DO NOT BELONG TO COMMERCIAL FISH PROFITEERS. YOU ARE FAILING IN YOUR DUTY TO PROTECT THE OWNERS OF THE FISH.
