I've been a commercial-fisherman for 45 yrs. and never caught a sea turtle in inland waters. Its harder enough to make a living as fisherman as it is. Now they come up with this idea, of skimmer teds, We pick up our bags every hour any way. Its going to hurt our business very bad, will put alot of people out of work, not to say what it will cost the shrimp industry. THANKS JAMES SERIGNE
