Attached is the DSF written comment about the proposed rule for Silky sharks as per the ICCAT recommendation 11-08. DSF opposes this recommendation and supports alternative 1, status quo to eliminate unnecessary regulatory discards that the other two alternatives will cause. Rusty Hudson
