the stock assessments of noaa are fake. they are provided by commercial fish profiteers who nevber acknowledge the catch tha they are catching truthfully. they lie. they are notorious for being liars. their reports are fake and dishonest. they do not report honestly or acurately. this regulations still allows overfishing which is a crime since the us public owns those fish and the fish stocks ae being decimated by noaa oversight. there should not be increases in any species at all. climate change is decimating fish populations along with oil spills. noaa takes no account of this. noaa is not a good adminsitrator and shoudl be disallowed from managing any fish. this comment is for the public record.
