COMMENTS ON PROPOSED RULES, REGULATIONS OR AGENCY ACTIONS: I agree that we need to regulate fishing in the Gulf as to maintain or increase the amount of fish. Nevertheless, the government needs to invest in taking such technological steps as to reduce the dead zone, either by oxidizing the water as the Mississippi enters into the Gulf or by other means.
