Please don't do anything to further stress dolphin and manatee populations for military testing purposes. They already have been decimated by the BP oil spill in the northern Gulf and red tide in the southern Gulf. I am pro-Air Force all the way; my dad flew a B-17 in 25 missions over Germany in WWII. But marine mammals in the northern Gulf are having enough trouble surviving without giving them concussions that could make them effectively deaf, which would lead to their deaths. Thank you.
