Proposed Research Area within the Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary

I am a firm advocate of establishing a no traffic research area at Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary. The motives for this are well placed and the southern option represents minimal impact to visitors. In so doing, we may be able to learn more about how to conserve the reef and thereby allow more visitors to appreciate this important resource. Please approve this initiative
