Please find attached the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Notice of Intention to Appear at the public hearing on Cranes and Derricks in Construction on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 in Washington, DC. It is the intent of NAHB to have two (2) witnesses present oral testimony and documentary evidence at this public hearing on the effects of the proposed Cranes and Derricks in Construction standard on the residential construction industry.
