(Page 76774 $5001.7 Unauthorized projects and purposes (g) Finders', packagers', or loan brokers' fees. Eliminate this rule revision In Georgia most all USDA loans are initiated by packagers and are the conduit for communication and development of documents that expedite the loan and guarantee process. Without this service provided by these individuals and firms, the small business will not have knowledge of these resources nor find a lending institution that will partiscipate in this process. Packagers provide a valuable service and it is possible that USDA would have a significant decrease in inquiries and loan process.
