I feel that the proposed changes to the SBA SOP are appropriate, and will assist the lenders in making faster decisions on SBA loans; it will eliminate the additional paperwork during the annual review process as well. The collection of the additional documents from guarantors and their affiliate businesses is time consuming and creates a stream of questions that do not pertain to the subject loan request. I vote to approve the proposed Rule.
