When will the final determination be made that contacting the medical source for additional information is not effective due to the medical source not providing the information in a timely manner? Will there be a time limit on when adjudicators should contact another source in order to get the information needed? The organization/flow of the material is confusing. Though after reading through the proposal a couple of times, the understanding was there, if the material was rearranged it would make reviewing easier.
