With the present economic state cut back in staffing is undeniable but this should
not be at the burden of marine commerce. Delaying arrival / departure of sailings
could cost the prospected customer in unwarranted demiurge fees and added fuel
cost. Proposed, would be having vessel \ organization making four hour prior
phone notification.
