This is to provide notice that the following individuals would be interested in testifying on behalf of their organizations and the United States Information Technolgy Office (USITO) in Beijing. USITO is the leading policy-centered independent NGO focused on the ICT industry in China. USITO acts as the joint office in China of five U.S.-based trade associations representing the high-tech industry: the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), TechAmerica, and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). Testifying on behalf of USITO and their own trade associations would be: Mark MacCarthy Vice President Public Policy Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Brian C. Toohey President & CEO Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) Jimmy Goodrich Director, Global Policy Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) Our testimony will be based on the joint comments we will be filing in this proceeding.
