AN64 - Proposed Rule - Clothing Allowance

The clothing allowance needs to be expanded to include other service connected disabilities in addition to prosthetic or orthopedic appliances and physician-prescribed medication used by the veteran. One example of the expanded benefit would be to service connected veterans with very limited knee movement when walking. These veterans wear out one shoe much faster than non affected veterans.
