Comment on AO37-Proposed Rule-Abigail

My opinion is that the current regulation be removed. There are major portions of our homeless population that are veterans, many suffering from physical and mental illness largely resulting from given service to our nation. Having a place where these individuals can receive care and basic necessities required for life is crucial. The issue of over-population in state homes does make this more complicated, as it seems wasteful to have an unfilled bed for any given night, but I tend to think that the well-being for the men and women who sacrificed for our country should have some priority.
