AO37 - Proposed Rule - Removal of 30-Day Residency Requirement for Per Diem Payments

I believe this rule will greatly aid veterans in acquiring the help they need from the VA for State home stays. I see no reason why the 30-day requirement was ever created in the first place, and am glad to see this rule will remove it. Given our administration's blunders over the past decade or more, it seems ludicrous to not take every step we can to help veterans however possible. Thank you!
