Details Information

Abstract: We are amending the South American cactus moth regulations by adding the State of Louisiana to the list of areas quarantined because of South American cactus moth. As a result of this action, the interstate movement of regulated articles from Louisiana is restricted. This action is necessary to prevent the artificial spread of the South American cactus moth from infested areas in the State of Louisiana into noninfested areas of the United States.
